Teachers leading teachers! This September, ARTeacher Fellowship alum Michelle Cearley Martin (Fulbright JHS, Bentonville) returned to lead a professional development workshop with our current cohort of Fellows on integrating the art of videography into secondary curriculum using cameraphones and laptops. Ms. Martin was introduced to video arts integration during her three years in the ARTeacher program, developing and refining the strategy to make it her own. Her experience and insight earned her an invitation to present at the National Council of Teachers of English annual convention.
ARTeacher Fellows are dedicated not only to bettering their own practice, but also to helping improve the work of peers, colleagues, and the profession at large. We are grateful for our many alums who stay connected and give back to the program in ways big and small. Thank you!
